Welcome to NARA Qigong (“NARA Qigong,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, digital content, programs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

 

1. Overview & Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of the Services, including any content, videos, teachings, downloads, offers, and purchases made through our platform. By using the Services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

 

2. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

NARA Qigong provides wellness practices and educational content designed to support general well-being. Our content is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Always consult your physician or qualified health provider before beginning any new movement, exercise, or wellness program—especially if you are pregnant, have injuries, are managing a health condition, or have any concerns about your safety.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Listen to your body, move at your own pace, and stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, or discomfort. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health decisions and agree that NARA Qigong and its creators are not liable for injuries, conditions, or adverse outcomes that may result.

 

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must use the Services and make purchases on your behalf.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

 

4. Purchases, Billing & Taxes

Some parts of the Services may require a purchase, including one-time program purchases and/or subscription plans. Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time. Any applicable taxes may be added depending on your location and local requirements.

All payments are processed through our secure payment providers. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for your selected purchase.

 

5. Subscriptions & Cancellations (If Applicable)

If you purchase a subscription plan, it will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law.

 

6. Refunds & Guarantee (If Applicable)

Certain one-time purchases may include a 14-day guarantee (as described on the applicable sales or checkout page). If an eligible purchase includes this guarantee and you request it within 14 days, we will refund your purchase in full.

This guarantee applies only to eligible one-time purchases and is not available for subscription billing periods unless explicitly stated on the relevant checkout page.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, repeated refund behavior, chargeback abuse, or violation of these Terms.

 

7. License & Personal Use Only

When you access NARA Qigong content, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the materials for your own individual use.

You may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, share login credentials, resell, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. This includes sharing videos, downloads, or screenshots in any form.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services—including videos, written materials, graphics, audio, downloads, trademarks, logos, and branding—is owned by NARA Qigong or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

  • Sharing account credentials or paid content with others

11. Changes to the Services & Content

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including content, features, and availability. When possible, we aim to make changes thoughtfully and with care.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NARA Qigong will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

In any event, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable purchase in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

 

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NARA Qigong and its owners, creators, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

 

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NARA Qigong operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
