2. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

NARA Qigong offers wellness practices, educational content, and supportive tools designed to promote general health and well-being. Our content is not a substitute for professional care from a licensed medical provider and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Always consult your physician or qualified health provider before beginning any new exercise or wellness program — especially if you are pregnant, have injuries, or are managing a health condition.

All movement sessions include guidance to help you practice safely, but participation is at your own risk. Listen to your body, move at your own pace, and stop any activity that causes discomfort.

By using our content, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health decisions and agree that NARA Qigong and its creators are not liable for any injuries, conditions, or adverse outcomes that may result.

 

3. User Access & Licensing

When you purchase or access NARA Qigong content, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own individual use. You may not share, resell, or redistribute our content in any form without express written permission.

 

4. Free Trial, Payments & Cancellations

Your membership begins with a 7-day free trial, giving you full access to all NARA Qigong content. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.

If you decide NARA Qigong isn’t for you, simply cancel your subscription anytime during the trial through your Account Settings > Billing section — and you won’t be charged.

If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan (monthly or annual) will begin automatically. Because full access is granted during the trial, we do not offer refunds after payment has been processed. We encourage you to explore the content during your trial to ensure it’s a good fit.

You can cancel your membership anytime. After cancellation, you’ll retain access until the end of your billing period, and no further charges will be made.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the NARA Qigong platform — including videos, written materials, graphics, and branding — is the property of NARA Qigong and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
