Hi, I’m NARA.

I'm in my 40s and live in Toronto, Canada, with my husband and two children. I'm a Qigong teacher and alternative medicine practitioner with over 20 years of experience in holistic health. I'm a certified health coach, nutritionist, reflexologist, Yoga instructor, Reiki practitioner, birth doula, and Bach Flower therapist. My journey began with a degree in Finance, and after a few years in the corporate world, I transitioned into wellness — a shift that profoundly influenced how I approach Qigong.

How I Got Here: From Exhausted to Empowered

 For years, I dedicated myself to helping others heal, guiding them through life’s challenges and always giving my best. But over time, I found myself drained, disconnected, and struggling to maintain balance. I had all the wellness tools at my disposal, but I couldn’t find the one thing that would truly help me feel better.

That’s when I discovered Qigong.

Within days, something started to shift. I felt lighter. Calmer. More energized. And for the first time in a long time, I began to feel like myself again. Qigong didn't just help me cope—it transformed my life.

That's when I knew I had to share this practice with others. NARA Qigong was born out of the desire to make Qigong simple, intuitive, and truly accessible. I brought together everything I’ve learned over two decades of holistic healing to create a way that works for people like us: busy, tired, curious, and ready for something that actually works.
