With over 20 years of clinical experience, I’ve explored a wide range of evidence-based therapies to support true, holistic well-being.
I’m a Qigong teacher and lifelong learner — as well as a certified health coach, nutritionist, reflexologist, yoga instructor, reiki practitioner, Bach flower therapist, and birth doula.
For years, I was helping others heal — guiding people through life’s challenges and always giving my best.
But over time, it started to feel like I was carrying everyone else on my shoulders.
I felt drained.
Disconnected from my own body.
Like I had all the tools… except the one that could help me feel better.
I kept pushing through. Ignoring the subtle signs. Hoping things would just pass.
But they didn’t. I got sick — and for months, I struggled just to get through the day.
That’s when I finally tried something different: Qigong.
At first, it felt unfamiliar. Even a little strange.
But within days, something shifted.
I felt lighter.
Calmer.
More energized.
And for the first time in a long time… I felt like myself again.
Qigong didn’t just help me cope —
it transformed my life.
And I couldn’t believe that almost no one was talking about it.
